In times when some cities were fortresses, most of them owned a labyrinth before the entrance to help defend them.
To remind that Timisoara was a fortress, the labyrinth announcing the presence of something precious or sacred, in concepts of many people Unirii Square is considered the most valuable area of Timisoara.
Starting from here, the interpretation of the labyrinth in our conception tends to give an artistic presentation and also invite the passers-by to a small dose of entertainment.
Project conceived and realised by Doru Dumitrecu and Diana Condoros in collaboration with City Hall of Timisoara.
